Add support for INFOPLIST_PREFIX_HEADER to mac make #243

INFOPLIST_PREFIX_HEADER is not hooked on the gyp make generator for mac so it 
can't be used.

It results in different build settings while 'compiling' a .plist file compared 
to the xcodebuild version.

While at it, support INFOPLIST_OTHER_PREPROCESSOR_FLAGS as well.

No, we ended up not needing this for Chromium. But we'd accept patches to add 
support for this if others need it.
