Make app mapping list for game that starts through launcher #19

Game that starts using launcher detached from Steam process that it becomes its own process. Therefore, the detection system cannot auto detect the game.

Example game:

Phantasy Star Online
Genshin Impact
Rocket League

Cannot be implemented in #23 as manual detection much harder to solve.

Possible fix:

Implements manualdetect parameter to AppList.txt
On the first script launch, load AppList.txt to find game that need to be manually detected (with its parameter)
If Steam Big Picture exist, keep continually checking whether the game exist.
If yes, do the same thing as normal detection
