Use ProcessExplorer to find argument for GameOverlayUi

Steam hide or don't use gameoverlayui when attaching steam overlay to games in Big Picture Ui

I just can't find ways to make this works. In the end, alt-tabbing to Steam and to game back restart the controller so I think it's good enough.
