need 'cacl' attribute for columns just like ET. #287

In jmesa, I can't find any function like "cacl" in Extreme Table(ET).
why not add this function, dude?

With JMesa what I focused on was making the plugable points very easy to 
implement. Here is a tutorial on how to do totals.

This might make sense to do as an alternate view, but for now I would just 
prefer to keep things simple and require a custom view.
