"Forks" drop-down shows no forks #2

Since GitHub team does not allow me to send any feedback to them, I'll post the website's issues here.

"Forks" drop-down does not show any fork while the forks counter is greater than zero.

I have just tested with VPS and the latest Chrome. The forks are shown but there are no any new features found on the tab compared to 2018. So marking it as a regression.
