Some areas are not clickable #3

The following areas at the top of web UI are not clickable:

The bug does not allow me to edit my profile and credentials.

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

I have just tested with VPS and the latest Chrome. At least the irght and the middle area are clickable and allow me to open my profile settings and search through GitHub as per 2018. So marking it as a regression.
