Added co-supervisors, similarly to the supervisors.

Since the tothejury version is a final version for the committee, the DRAFT indication has to be removed. A framed draft version is anyway available with the "frame" or "cropmark" version.

The explicit mention of co-supervisors was removed from the template in 2015 after an official request from the ADS (change in commit 3ab54897f049fc02fe2a95719e3d0eb0aa217bae). We will thus not add this again. Unless the ADS has changed opinion, of course.
