use tool to check if file you are working on is in an open pr: https://github.com/pallypan/console/blob/jj-i18n/frontend/check_file_in_pr.py first time to run: python check_file_in_pr.py --------- it will take several minutes to load all pr info into pr_files.json and then you can type in file name to check if there's pr contains the file after you have pr_files.json, you can run python check_file_in_pr.py pr_files.json ----------- it will skip load pr info from git
