Naturalize Translations #3

The translations are not very good (especially in the configuration files) and 
should be improved.  The error messages are not very good either.  It's very 
time consuming updating these issues though.

Don't know if you guys are still working on this, but I've naturalized the 
translations for my own use and can send you the updated action and behavior 
xml files for both the basic -ee program (without the alternate sitting poses) 
and the expanded one (with the alternate sitting poses). The only version I 
haven't fully translated/naturalized to English is the ones with the "shadow" 
and "bnw" poses as I can't figure out what they're supposed to do.
