Swift Package の Codecov 対応

swift test コマンドで --enable-code-coverage オプションを利用すれば、カバレッジの計測が実行される
- 生成されたファイルをCodecovで扱えるようにするには、llvm-cov コマンドを利用して適切なファイル形式に変換する必要がある
- これは、 https://community.codecov.io/t/swift-package-support/675 を参考に対応した
swift test コマンドを利用することにこだわらなければ、xcodeproj ファイルを生成して、xcodebuild testコマンドでテストの実行とカバレッジの計測を行なう方法もある

Codecovが公式で提供しているGitHub Actionsがある
