「そもそもリモートワークにまだ慣れていない」という認識を持つ
情報をオープンにする
オンラインMTGの作法を学ぶ
あえて積極的にMTGする・カレンダーおさえる
チャットにはいつもの3倍増しでリアクションしてあげる
雑談する機会を持つ
適度に運動・ストレッチする
朝起きたら着替える
時間に区切りを設ける
