findevent param not case sensitive

"findevent seminar" works but "findevent Seminar" doesnt work

this will cause inconvenience to fast typists in addition, the way seminar is put in the list is as "Seminar" not "seminar"

so its abit weird to allow input as "seminar" but not "Seminar"
