page breaks cuts off alot of notes #24

User Guide not properly formatted.

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

In the PDF version of the user guide, certain parts of the user guide are chopped off due to the page limitations. This can be avoided by adding proper page breaks <div style="page-break-after: always;"></div> to better format the user guide.

For example, Table of Contents can start on a new page to look better for users.
