Work in progress over the next day or two per https://github.com/waqasbhatti/astrobase/issues/96. Don't merge yet, but comments welcome.

This commit improves the get_eleanor_lightcurves wrapper:

better defaults for the standard "there's an interesting young star in the galactic plane" use case
flexibility added, and docstring improved
