We should add a way to deploy the Ethereum analyzer contract to the local chain during just localnet, maybe optional (or in a separate script) to not slow down chain start when not needed.
This will become especially critical when SpaceWard developers want to test their new UI for intents.
I expect a command such as just analyzer-ethereum that:
compiles the Rust code into the wasm binary
run a tx to store binary on chain
instantiate the contract on chain
the contract address is deterministic so it can be hardcoded in SpaceWard env.ts for now
