Add optional machine name parameter to ProcessWatcher #112

Pull request for #111.

I'm not completely sure the tests look nice. Perhaps setting a test MachineName?

Looks good, as for the tests I'll need a time to rewrite them using new version of the library, therefore do not worry that much about it :). I'll review the PR once I get back home in a few hours. Thanks!
