Added Manifest.in to include LICENSE, templates and media #15

Like the title says. This will make setup.py include the templates and media when installing with pip (or 'easy_install').

Actually this and some other issues could be fixed by merging with original filebrowser 3.1 released in December

Looks like another commit addressed part of this. Love the redirect though, applied.
