GUI in Tkinter to run algos

[x] input boxes for parameters (such as moving average days value, etc.)
[x] radio buttons to select trading strategy (may deactivate unnecessary input boxes when selecting an algo)
[x] boxes to enter dates and starting amount
[x] radio buttons to select currency (or two if pairs trading)
[x] button to run algo
[ ] graphs with algo's output
