Job Date and sorting #111

Job Date is not displaying in Safari and Firefox but works fine in Chrome.

Sorting is not working when the time field is empty.

Fixed. Jobs with no timestamp will be displayed at the end no matter ascending or descending.

Fixed format for displaying in Safari and Firefox.
