Add a new button for deleting job. Click on it will perform following actions:

Remove the job (entire listGroupItem) from the History panel and keep index of remaining jobs the same
Run jobs-delete through Agave (running job will be cancelled)
In case of 'undefined', allow just deleting the listGroupItem

Deleting a job will trigger workflow problem. So this is ignored for now.
