Make an atomsphere image #73

  1. Remove dependency on dev1/de2
  2. Deploy SciApps on atmosphere
  3. Make Atmosphere image a storage system
  4. Support listing inputs in this local storage system
  5. Add configure option for the local storage system

This can be done with de.sciapps.org if we remove credentials for iRODS.
