TACC Workflow extension #76

Basic idea is to utilize the resource server at TACC for archiving intermediate results for workflows run at TACC (add code to check execution systems?)

  1. No mix CSHL and TACC?
  2. Create a storage system
  3. Archive results to user's sci_data folder
  4. Leverage Agave for displaying outputs
  5. Other modifications (like zip/unzip, etc?)
