Be able to extract JIRA tasks as cards. Be able to relate JIRA tickets to other events.

Our assistant will use task descriptions created in the PM tool and the current repo state to help members start working effectively on tasks. Additionally, commit summaries or PR descriptions can also be automatically added to specific PM tasks.
