Rev 3rd_party apps to latest versions:

libarchive-3.5.2
busybox-1.33.1
e2fsprogs-1.46.4
ipxe git rev 2265a65
parted 3.4
curl 7.79.1.

Busybox, e2fsprogs, and parted updates were needed for fixes to compile with glibc 2.31 on OpenSUSE 15.3. Rest of the updates were done just because they're overdue.
