OpenShare and Twitcount signup links not working #867

Multiple reports of the Openshare and Twitcount signup buttons not working/returning an error Social Warfare Settings->Social Identity-> Tweet Count Registration

Both services are throwing errors when trying to sign-up independently of Social Warfare so this does not appear to be Social Warfare related.
