Cache SignshopPlayers for performance
Remove deprecations
Switch to Java 17 and MC 1.20
Fixes item description color formatting
Adds owner last seen information
Can use "," in currency now and cache prices for performance
Fixes creative mode shop sign rendering on left click
Fixes dying of signs
Hanging signs can be used for shops now
Other bug fixes and code improvements
