[FEAT] Scrollbar Styles #89

I think we haven't given customised styles to our scrollbar. We should custom our scrollbar as per our theme.

I want to work on this myself. Please assign it to me and add tags for hacktoberfest-2024.

@warmachine028 I need some demo env-variables at /client. Currently it is showing a blank white page.

Also, our read.me doesnot holds instructions for starting the local development server. It is being difficult for me.

Please share other details which i need while setting up the project perfectly.
