Implement basic functionality tests #7

As evidenced by #4 - There aren't many test cases for this project which is leaving some big gaps in its stability.

There should be at least test cases that cover;

  1. SNMPv1 trap
  2. SNMPv2 trap
  3. Trivial Template processing
