No feedback on payment, messaging #1039

I've tried to register. I filled out the form, provided the CC details for payment of $30, clicked the button. I got redirected to the new member submission form again without any feedback.

Was there a problem with my payment? Did it go through?

I've wrote a message using the "contact us" form explaining the issue, clicked the button, and... was redirected to a page with news, etc. - again, without any feedback. Was me message received?

I've checked emails - no feedback from warmshowers.org, nothing in spam, etc.

The above leaves both unprofessional and unwelcoming impression, given how easily such things can be fixed.

I've had the same issue and am unable to register at all.

Does anyone have a solution for the issue yet?
