Investigate/Purchase liability insurance for Warmshowers (or require and pay for insurance for volunteers) #230

Liability insurance is an obvious way to deal with liability issues (See #228). It is probably prohibitive considering our budget.

Another approach is to require an umbrella policy be held by board members. A $1Million umbrella policy is typically about $150/year. WS could reimburse this, of course.
