User's need to be able to cancel their donations #962

User's who have signed up for donations need to have a simple way (preferably a one-click) of cancelling their donation subscriptions. Currently I don't seem to be able to do this as a normal user.

The menu link is hidden, as is the menu link for viewing a user's orders. I think we need to create one very simple and friendly page with all this on.
