Add traveler geo tracking to app/site #176

This is obviously an opt-in kind of thing, but it would be cool for hosts to be able to see where guests were and also for travelers to see where other travelers were. It would be quite easy for the app to update the site with current info from time to time. Also, html5 location could be used to do it otherwise on the site.

+1 would like to get this in the WP app. Fallback for now is to send link to webmap of current location in email correspondence.

@rfay, is there an issue for the server-side work (especially rest api) the apps will need to support this? I'd like to know if this is in the cards in the late 2015/early 2016 timeframe, if so I'll support it in the wp app.

It didn't come out very high in the feature poll, https://www.warmshowers.org/feature_poll, so I'd be surprised to see it in the next 12 months.
