[BUG] - DRE node not updating #471

The AFTR DRE node doesn't seem to be updating. No contract interactions are updating on the node. I've tried 2 several interactions so far and reading the contracts via SDK with no cache shows the interactions, but the DRE node does not.

Contracts tested:

I also just tested this querying dre-1 and it's working. Maybe the AFTR DRE just needs to be restarted.
