I like narrow space between letters in command prompt for Korean.
But It's not available on any others like `echo`, `cat`, `vim`...

I hope this narrow space between letters feature to be available other utilities.

I had tested some utilities i have mentioned, but it seems not solved at all. Is this fix applied to current version?
