Color themes changing #1040

Describe the bug

Whenever I log on to code some kind of c plus-plus file, for a brief moment, the colors would appear to be normal. However, a few seconds later or when I move the cursor, the code would appear to brighten/change colors.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to ' Some code file'
  2. Click on '...'
  3. Scroll down to '...'
  4. See error '...'

Expected behaviour

Normally  colors wouldn't change if you haven't made any changes to the theme but in my case, it does it automatically.
