Describe the bug

As of v0.2022.07.11.09.11.stable_00, Warp says that it "supports jumping to where you click". However, it enforces this, and there is no way to disable the behavior.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Warp
  2. Click on the scroll bar

Expected behaviour

Scroll behavior is a system-wide macOS feature. It can be set in System Preferences > General, and holding the option key when clicking in the scroll bar should always reverse the behavior, regardless of what the user has chosen.

Well-behaved Mac apps should not override it without recourse.
