App flashes when choosing options #1910

Describe the bug

When using a CLI that lets you choose by using the arrow keys, the app flashes when switching between options.

To Reproduce

I was using NestJs, so in my case,

  1. Create a Nest project.
  2. Install Nest resource generator by yarn add @nestjs/schematics
  3. Execute nest g resource users
  4. Interact with the options of the CLI.

Expected behaviour

Screen not to flash.
