Add a preference to switch between standard function keys & special function keys #2744

Describe the solution you'd like?

Since some CLI programs require F1 ~ F12 function keys, 
it would be great if we could add a setting to warp where 
we can determine the default setting for the function keys 
when using warp. So when working in Warp (Warp has focus), 
and I have have enabled standard function keys in WARP's 
preferences, and I press F8, I should get F8 instead of 
music that starts playing.

As a possible alternative, you may be able to create custom function keys on Mac.

The latest version freed up some keybindings. I noticed that at least some f-keys are passed through now, so this issue might be resolved. See #3028.
