Describe the solution you'd like?

Currently, Warp supports setting the default directory for new tabs and new split panes. Some developers would like to open a new tab in a specific location via a keybinding.

A potential pathway:
support opening a launch configuration via a keyboard shortcut -> this would allow developers to set launch configs and map them to a keybinding
