Describe the solution you'd like?

A tab in the settings where I can configure a file extension to be opened with a custom command. For example, when I go to 'Open with...' in Finder, Warp would be there to open markdown files with a custom command like 'nvim <file>'

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The above task is easily achievable by navigating to the folder in Warp, and opening the file with the command. Another way to do it is by using the "New Warp tab here" option at the bottom of Finder.

Having the ability to open certain files with certain commands would be a lot more customizable though.

Thanks for this feature request! Warp does have the option to open new tab/window in the existing folder in finder, but not to open files with a certain command like nvim.
