meta+e print "`" instead of jump to the end of current paragraph #3723

Describe the bug

I have enabled the left option key as meta. When I was using emacs on warp, the left option key + a works well by jumping to the start of the current paragraph. However, the left option key + e works bad by printing "`".

To reproduce

open a file using emacs in CLI

emacs -nw

write a paragraph and type "option + e"

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.
