Hey @augustocsm I've included a demo of what I think you may be trying to accomplish, which I hope helps. The drop target for which folder you're dragging into will highlight the parent folder. That way you know if you're dropping into a sub-folder or parent folder.

ATM drop target selection is extremely broken. Either correct subfolder can't be selected or it is selected but drag operation fails.

Describe the bug
I can drag and drop one folder inside another one, but can't drag and drop two.
To reproduce
When you try to drag drop a second folder into a main folder it goes always inside the first dropped folder, not into the main. If I try drag and drop the just added second folder into the main folder, it continues inside the first dropped folder.
Expected behavior
Expected it behaves as any folder explorer manager, like find, explorer, files, etc...

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.
