Application Icon does not show in on the Mate application icon on panel bar. #4296

Describe the bug

When working with the Mate desktop, the Warp icon is not show in the "Window List" app.

To reproduce

Open up warp on a linux distro with the Mate DE using the Window List applet on the Mate-Panel

Expected behavior

The Warp icon should be shown on the bar.

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.

Hi, there. Could you please verify if the correct icon for Warp terminal is shown elsewhere, like in the app menu or when using the app picker (Super/Alt + Tab)? Thanks.

If you look in the screenshot, the black and white version of the icon is visible in the top left corner of the warp terminal.

The color version is in the app menu.

When I'm back at my computer I'll check the alt-tab, I don't normally use that so I didn't check that.

alt-tab has the color Warp icon.

@ablundgren are you able to install the .deb package?

If you need the appimage, I recommend using AppImage Launcher. This may help with integrating the app with the Icon from the package.
