SSH autocomplete latency much worse than other shells #4725

Describe the bug

Left is my old shell hyper. I'm logged in to some remote cluster over ssh. I'm typing "cd w\<tab>" quickly at the same speed in both cases, but as you can see, theres a much longer delay for Warp which is a pretty big downside for me at the moment for using Warp over SSH. I see similar behaviour on other clusters. Local Warp is totally fine.

Would be great if the speed could be improved here somehow.

  1. SSH somwhere 2. Hit tab to autocomplete.

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.

Having this issue also on Linux Arch, and its not only hints, I can't execute a command before that hints are loaded.
