Does this block you from using Warp daily?

Is this a Warp specific issue? (i.e. does it happen in Terminal, iTerm, Kitty, etc.)

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.

I have a similar problem. After upgrading Warp to v0.2024.04.16.08.02.stable_00, my console font and UI font changed size. I fixed the former by changing (again) the font size in the settings, however, I cannot change the UI font (e.g. in tabs, sidebars).

Note that in the previous Warp version, the UI font size was bigger and I have change the default terminal font size (which seemed to be reset on Warp upgrade).

And I use Fedora 38 + Sway WM.
