Move workflows between personal to team #4813

Describe the bug

Sometime, some folder can't be move in Warp Drive between Personal and Team

To reproduce

Create a team with some folders and create personnal with some folder, then try to move a folder from personnal to team

Expected behavior

Should be copied or move over

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.

Hi @jonathanlaf Could you please provide a video or screenshot of the issue? We're unable to reproduce based on your steps. Is it only certain folders or any folder that cannot be moved? Does the folder have any workflows or notebooks it it or is it empty?
