Panel resizing behaves strangely when there are many panels #4989

Describe the bug

When I have opened 5 panes and tried to resize one of them, the resizing behaved strangely

To reproduce

  1. Open new tab
  2. Split pane down
  3. Go to first pane
  4. Split pane right
  5. Split pane down
  6. Go to first pane
  7. Split pane down
  8. Resize the bottom pane

Expected behavior

Resizing should follow the cursor.

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.
