Dupe Check

Describe the bug

macOS can't eject external drive after it was used by Warp

To reproduce

  1. Connect external SSD
  2. Open it in Warp (a cd should be enough)
  3. Close that tab (not the application!)
  4. Try to eject. It'll fail.

Expected behavior

Warp should release all resources tied to a tab allowing the volume to be released.
