Massive update of the repository, including:

Upgrade to .NET 4.6.2
Upgrade to Umbraco v7.8 (all controllers now use the MemberService instead)
Upgraded SendGrid to newest version
Added automatic configuration of a member type
Added ChangePassword
Added DeleteProfile
Changed all views to use Bootstrap3
Multiple bugfixes and cleanup
README update and roadmap ...and more
