Doesn't seem to be in the web.config? Is it needed? Can't we use local SMTP?

Error from any registration/email reminder etc form

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 198.37.144.212:25

Hiya used SendGrid as pulled it from a project thy I'm running on azure websites which do not have a smtp server. I recommend creating an account and update the email helper class in the code folder with your username an password. Normal SMTP can be used, but the email helper class code you will need to modify.
